1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the website allaboutpolymers.com, operated by Todo en Tutores, S.A. de C.V. under the trademark All About Polymers™ (the “Company”), you accept these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree to these terms, you should refrain from using the site and its content.

2. Purpose of the site

All About Polymers™ is an educational website dedicated to sharing knowledge about polymers, plastics, processing methods, recycling, and sustainability. The site offers:

  • Free educational content (informational pages, blog posts, reference sections)
  • Links to books by the author, available for purchase on Amazon
  • A contact form for inquiries

Online courses are not currently offered in English. If this changes in the future, additional terms will be added to reflect course sales, refund policies, and delivery.

3. Permitted use

You agree to use the site and its content only for lawful, personal, educational, or professional purposes.

The following are prohibited:

  • Reproducing, copying, distributing, or commercializing the content without prior written authorization

The books Plastic Polymers and Plastics Recycling are registered works. Unauthorized reproduction of any part of these books constitutes copyright infringement.

Reproduction, modification, distribution, sale, or commercial exploitation of these materials without prior written authorization from the Company is strictly prohibited.

5. Book purchases through Amazon

The books Plastic Polymers and Plastics Recycling are sold directly through Amazon (KDP) in various national stores (US, UK, Canada, Australia, India). Purchase conditions, shipping, returns, and customer service for the books are the sole responsibility of Amazon under its own terms.

All About Polymers™ does not participate in the purchase, shipping, or return process for the books. Similarly, All About Polymers™ does not participate in the printing, binding, or physical quality control of the books, as these processes are carried out directly by Amazon (KDP) at its print-on-demand facilities. Any defect related to the physical quality of the printed book (print quality, binding, paper, ink, or finish) must be reported directly to Amazon through its customer service channels, which handle replacements and refunds for manufacturing defects under its own policies.

6. Blog comments

Comments posted on the blog reflect the opinions of their authors, not those of the Company. The Company reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove comments that:

  • Contain offensive, discriminatory, or defamatory language
  • Constitute spam or unauthorized advertising
  • Infringe on third-party rights
  • Are unrelated to the content of the post

By posting a comment, you grant the Company a non-exclusive right to keep it published on the site.
